Summary of Admission Policy
INTRODUCTION
ADMISSION PROCESS
a. Obtain admission form from the school’s website or office.
b. Complete admission form and assemble required backup documents/attachments:
i. Photograph
ii. Result slips (photocopy).
iii. Certificate(s) (e.g., birth, academics, etc.).
iv. Referrals (those under sponsorships)
c. Submit the completed application form with backup documents/attachments to the school.
d. Participate in the selection interview.

Pre-admission Counseling
The school provides pre-admission counseling to prospective students. Students are interviewed to determine their commitment, qualification, and readiness for the program and their need for scholarship and/or financial aid to ensure successful completion of the course.
Attributes of Applicants
a. Must have a strong interest in fashion.
b. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
c. Must have a minimum qualification of BECE or its equivalence.
CATEGORIES OF APPLICANTS
Category A
These are applicants with general academic background/qualification who want to acquire skills
training for income-earning work. The applicants could be any of the following graduates:
a. BECE graduates.
b. WASSCE graduates.
c. Secondary school (O-level) graduates.
d. Advance level (A-level) graduates.
e. Diploma graduates.
f. Degree Graduates.
g. Post-graduates.
Category B
These are applicants (e.g., Master Craft men/women, Sewing Apprentice, Instructors) who have
the technical know-how but need short 6-month courses to satisfy unique needs, such as:
a. Exposure to state-of-the-art equipment (machinery needs).
b. Fine-tune their skills (skills upgrading).
c. Acquire certificate (certification).
d. To have academic knowledge/ exposure to the world of work (entrepreneurship skills).
e. To venture into other trade areas.
Category C
These are applicants who are not interested in the academic aspects of training but mere hands-on training. The training curriculum are tailored to satisfy one/few of the following interests:
a. Hobby and passion for the trade.
b. Uplift social status to rank of “Fashion Designer”.
c. Therapeutic purposes.
d. Social engagement.
e. To fulfil family service/need.
f. Economic purpose.
Category D
These applicants pursue academic requirements that are structured within the TVET framework of education.
